I was really pleased with my stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was only a 5-minute walk from the entrance to the NEC. The parking was also plentiful, which was a relief as we had 2 cars. The lobby, bar, and restaurant were all beautifully decorated and very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the swimming pool and gym were a great addition. The large fluffy towels in our room were a nice touch, and the parking was easy and affordable.
The only downside was the room itself. It was quite tired-looking, with peeling wallpaper and outdated furnishings.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect for us, with easy access to the nearby Genting Arena and close proximity to the airport, train station, and NEC. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always greeted us with a smile. The hotel amenities were top-notch, especially the lovely spa and pool facility. We enjoyed relaxing in the pool and taking advantage of the sauna and steam room. The bar/lounge area was spacious and comfortable, making it a great place to unwind after a long day. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, with nice big towels and good lighting for reading. We really appreciated the attention to detail in ensuring our comfort and enjoyed the enhanced quality of services provided.
It's unfortunate that the hotel let us down in one area. There was an unwillingness to help with a simple request during our stay, which was a bit disappointing. However, overall, we would still highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
